Terms of service

New marketplace publication and bookings require a current active or trialing membership within its access period. There is no automatic grace period for overdue or inactive memberships. Losing membership access does not cancel existing paid bookings; professionals retain access needed to deliver those services, communicate about them, view history, and manage billing.

Miche Mobile provides technology that helps customers discover, book, pay, and communicate with independent service professionals. Unless a service page expressly says otherwise, the professional—not Miche Mobile—provides and controls the booked service.

We may review profiles, identity information, or eligibility declarations, but a profile badge is not a guarantee of quality, licensing, insurance, safety, or suitability. Customers and professionals remain responsible for evaluating whether a service is appropriate for them.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly update information that affects a booking or your eligibility to use the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

You must be able to form a binding agreement. A professional must also have any license, permission, insurance, training, or business registration required for the services the professional offers.

A booking identifies the service, professional, exact requested appointment time and time zone, price, and status shown at checkout or in the dashboard. A pending request is not confirmed until payment and booking status indicate confirmation.

Stripe processes marketplace payments and professional payouts. Miche Mobile does not store complete payment-card details. Checkout shows the service total, full-refund deadline, exact late-cancellation fee and refund, and asks for a separate acknowledgment of the linked cancellation policy before payment.

The platform policy provides a full refund for client cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment start and a 50% cancellation fee for a client cancellation inside 24 hours but before the start. Self-service cancellation closes at the appointment start. Professional-initiated cancellations receive a full refund. Applicable non-waivable rights and support exceptions remain available.

Do not move a marketplace booking off platform to avoid fees, safety controls, or payment records. Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes may affect booking access and professional payouts while they are reviewed.

Professionals control how they perform their services and are responsible for accurate listings, lawful and safe performance, respectful customer treatment, and timely communication. Professionals must not claim credentials, results, or availability they do not have.

Professionals are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or partners of Miche Mobile solely because they use the marketplace.

Booking threads are available to their participants. Authorized Miche Mobile administrators may inspect reported content and the context retained with its report, assign a reviewer, and record a permanent resolution. This report review does not grant access to the rest of the thread. Do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for the service.

Customers may leave honest feedback after a completed booking. Reviews do not have to be positive. We may restrict content that is unrelated, deceptive, unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, or that exposes confidential or private information. We do not remove a review merely because a business disagrees with it.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Miche Mobile a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies retained in backups or for safety, dispute, fraud, or legal purposes.

Do not use Miche Mobile to break the law, deceive or impersonate others, harass or threaten someone, discriminate unlawfully, exploit a vulnerable person, distribute malware or spam, scrape the service, interfere with security, or arrange prohibited goods or services.

Miche Mobile is not an emergency service. If anyone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reporting content to Miche Mobile creates an internal review record; it does not automatically cancel a booking, issue a refund, or contact law enforcement.

We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular professional outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Miche Mobile is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or an independent professional’s service.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any limitation applies only to the extent the law permits.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected abuse or fraud, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms. We will provide notice when practical and lawful. Account closure does not erase payment, dispute, safety, or legal records that must be retained.

Before filing a formal claim about Miche Mobile, please contact support and describe the issue so the parties can try to resolve it informally. These terms do not prevent either party from using a court or remedy available under applicable law.

We publish each version of these terms with an effective date and change summary. Material changes apply prospectively and may require additional notice or acceptance. Continued use is not treated as acceptance where applicable law requires another form of consent.
